returns are accepted for unworn and unused items for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Intimates (underwear) are non-refundable. Worn items can be returned for credit or exchanged up to 14 days after purchase. Returns for worn and used items are not accepted past 14 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping must be pre-paid by the buyer.

payment is accepted by Visa or through PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to pay by any other method please contact us directly. All prices are in US dollars.

shipping is via standard or priority through Royal Mail. If next day shipping is required please contact Snorestud so we may accomodate you. Some garments are made when ordered and will be shipped as soon as possible. On average an order will take 1-2 weeks.

custom orders are welcomed. If you have anything in mind and can't find it anywhere or you would like to alter something already in the collection such as color or size. Snorestud will make that special item especially for you. Please feel free to post requests in the forum. You can contribute to our collection. We want you to be happy, let us know how we can help.

options are endless with Snorestud. If you feel like being creative, you can choose your own fabric for an item. You can either shop for your own
fabric, pick from another fabric that we already use or tell us what you want and we will find it for you. If you would like to buy your own fabric, e-mail us and we'll tell you how much yardage to get. Then send us the fabric and we'll sew up the order for you for the same price listed on the site. This also applies to knits, you can pick your own yarn. The result item will be your very own original.

organic cotton USDA certified is now an option for all t-shirt orders. Cotton production damages the environment with the use of pesticides and bleaches among other things.
